Amy G. Cohen received
her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1986
and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in
1989. She has been licensed to practice law since
1990. Since becoming licensed, Amy has been in private
practice. In her personal injury practice, she has litigated
cases involving automobile accidents, medical malpractice,
worker’s compensation, slip and fall and a variety of other
injury cases. She has also litigated marital and family law
cases. Despite an active mediation practice, Amy continues to
handle personal injury and family law cases.
Amy
received her Certification in Family Law Mediation in 1998 and
Circuit Civil in 2006. As a sole practitioner, Amy gives the
parties the personal attention they need in mediating both
Family Law and Circuit Civil cases.
